Benny's Story
In book one of the BenTed Rescue Adventure Book Series, Benny, a cute mutt from Mississippi, must go into an animal shelter when his owners can no longer care for him. As he waits and watches the cute puppies being adopted, he dreams of becoming a rescue dog himself. One day, an animal rescue group from New Jersey comes to the shelter and takes Benny back with them. There he is adopted by a loving family who quickly learns that this "southern gentleman" struggles with a little impulse control! As Benny and his new family get to know one another, they all learn the importance of tolerance, forgiveness, acceptance, patience, and love.

Benny Meets Teddy
In book two of the BenTed Rescue Adventure Book Series, Benny goes to the dog park with his new family and meets Teddy, a rescue dog like himself. Teddy is a little wary of strangers and doesn’t seem very friendly at first, but Benny takes time to get to know him and it isn’t long before Benny and Teddy are the best of friends!

Benny and the Cats
In book three of the BenTed Rescue Adventure Book Series, Benny goes to Teddy's apartment for the day. There he meets Teddy's cats, Jake and Toni, and chaos ensues! When Astrid takes both dogs for a walk outside, Benny breaks loose to chase one the outside cats and quickly learns that he will not be allowed to visit Teddy again if he cannot learn to be cool with cats.
